Estate Administration
Rich Magee is experienced with the administration of decedents’ estates and litigation matters. He serves as an estate attorney representing executors and administrators so they may fulfill their legal responsibilities in managing the affairs of the estates. This includes the filing of required notices to the beneficiaries; estate inventories; advertising; asset identification and evaluation; payment of debts and administrative expenses; preparing family settlement agreements and accountings; and preparing the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return. He has litigated contested estate matters on behalf of personal representatives and beneficiaries in Bucks and Montgomery counties.
